GARDEN RENTALS
Garden Rental: Up to 200 people. The 2 acre groomed garden has a wooden gazebo at the end of a formal garden walkway which provides a lovely raised area for the ceremony to take place. Rental of the garden includes chairs and folding tables and use of the ground floor washrooms. Use of the house and kitchen are not included.
Event Space on the Main Floor
House Rental: The rental of the Kirkland House provides an intimate setting for up to 50 people. Rental includes the use of the ground floor washrooms and the modern kitchenette area containing a refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven and coffee makers. Use of the main floor for your event: a large dining room, large living room, a sitting room, arched entry and show kitchen (appliances are for display only) and the use of a private area, including a washroom for the bride and attendants to dress for the day. Additional folding tables and chairs are also available at no extra charge.
